The first step is a comprehensive screening tool to assess alcohol and drug use and how it impacts driving behavior.
- Time Required: ~30-45 minutes
- Questions: 145
- Platform: GARRP Student Portal (link provided after payment)
- In the portal, you’ll:
- Create your account
- Sign your contracts
- Complete the Needs Survey (25–30 minutes)
- Important: Do not disable GARRP notifications – you’ll receive your test and evaluation this way.
- The assessment component must be completed at least 60 minutes before class starts.
✅ Step 2: 20-Hour Intervention Component – $260
(Georgia Risk Reduction Program/ Georgia DUI School – Live on Zoom or In-Person)
You may begin this component after completing your assessment.
You have up to one year to complete the course after your assessment.
- Course Format:
- 2½-day Weekend + Monday Night DUI Class (Sat 9-6, Sun 9-6, Mon night 6:15-10:15)
- 5-night Weeknight DUI Class (Mon-Fri 6:15pm-10:15pm)
- 5-day Weekday Morning DUI Class (Mon-Fri 9am-1pm)
- 2½-day Weekday DUI Class (Tues 10am-2pm, Wed & Thurs 9am-6pm)
- Delivery Options:
- Zoom DUI Class (live, interactive sessions from your home)
- In-Person DUI Class (Conyers, GA)
💻 Georgia DDS-Approved Risk Reduction Program / Georgia DUI Classes on Zoom
According to GA DDS Rule 375-5-6-.18, Georgia DUI Schools can be taught remotely under specific conditions, including emergencies.
Zoom classes must include:
- Live instruction (no recordings)
- Real-time interaction
- A designated time and virtual location

- Georgia DUI School Workbook (PDF) – Emailed the day before class
- Tip: Download only – don’t print it
- Check your spam folder and promotions folders
- Zoom Link – Also emailed the day before
- Download the Zoom Workspace App on the device you will be using to take the class with
- Try and watch a YouTube video on how to use ZOOM if you are not familiar with it
- Live in Conyers, GA? You can pick up a physical workbook at our office.
- GA DDS Certified Risk Reduction Program Certificate of Completion – Emailed after your DUI class ends
⏰ Attendance Policy
- Be on time and sober
- Must give your undivided attention (especially on Zoom)
- No working, driving, smoking or distractions during class
Miss a class?
- You may join a future class within 2 weeks to complete your hours
- Make-up spots are not guaranteed – Choose dates you can fully attend
- If you don’t complete it within 2 weeks, you’ll need to restart (no extra charge)
